Honestly, who wouldn’t want to meet this anonymous cannabis hero?

To commemorate 4:20 we give you happy news to combat the anxiety caused by the pandemic; this time it’s an anonymous hero who became viral on social media due to his peculiar philanthropy that included cannabis.

Lucky you Manchester

Manchester can consider itself fortunate because a man carrying a black balaclava wandered its streets and distributed “basic necessities” for the quarantine imposed by the coronavirus. Moreover, these items included toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and a few hits of marijuana.

Furthermore, all we know of this mysterious character is that he is a British music producer and activist. Thus, his initiative left more than one neighbor happy with donations. Especially marijuana users, because, who walks down the street giving away free weed?

Furthermore, all the events were recorded in a video that was uploaded to the Instagram account @outlaw.ltd with Bobby McFerrin’s song “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” playing in the background. Hence, in the video we see the hero in question exiting a van and handing out the goodies to the doors of Manchester’s neighbors.

Additionally, the way he announced his arrival was brilliant because on the outside of his van, there was a sign that read: Free isolation essentials: toilet paper, disinfectant, bottled water, grinders, splifs. Furthermore, this whole initiative was strategically developed.

“I put out an announcement on my Instagram to see if anyone needed anything. I received more than 6000 requests for delivery from multiple followers. From old to young, vulnerable and disabled, or random people popping up!” he says.

In addition, this action is a way of making quarantine less tedious: “I am spreading positivity in these dark and uncertain times, which is very necessary.” Finally, according to his statements, he will continue to tour Manchester’s neighborhoods to help people who request it. “Stay tuned to Outlaw Lockdown Essentials… And don’t worry, be happy.”
