COMME des GARÇONS (CDG) and Nike Air Force presented their upcoming collaboration during Paris Fashion Week
CDG and Nike Air Force have teamed up to present a new pair of quite extravagant sneakers. They were first seen at Paris Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
Not much is known about this launch yet, but it will released in FW20. So there is still time to purchase them if this collaboration tickled your fancy.
The pair features a deconstructed Nike Air Force 1 Mid with a very homemade style. On the seams of tabs, sides, and heels, they have pieces of leather, simulating a manufacturing or tailoring failure that are rarely seen in brands like these.
It also features an adjustable strap at the top that is characteristic of the Nike low models. In addition to a half boot style that characterizes Nike’s low models.
The presentation on the catwalk featured some very elegant dress designs, as well as some very urban ones with loose cuts and lighter fabrics. Furthermore, they contrasted with the Nike x Comme des Garçons shoes in white.
Moreover, through some CDG fan accounts on Instagram, the black color of the pair was revealed showing all of the aforementioned pairs released during Paris FW.
However this is just a taste of what is approaching in the second half of the year, so the purchase of these Nike x CDG pairs will surely be available until after August.
