Fabrica, the Italian design school, launched a call for young people who want to study there for year, all expenses paid. This is to generate ideas to help cope with the current international health situation.
Moreover, the school usually has a very strict selection process, as well as a fee to obtain what the students need for class. However, at present and for special a limited time, they are giving scholarships to study there for a year, all expenses paid, including round trips, as well as accommodation in Italy.
All of this has to do with the current situation that the world is experiencing due to Covid-19. Furthermore, every applicant for the courses of photography, writing, design, art, and video, have to submit a project.
The later must present a chain of creative solidarity that offers help to face the current crisis. In addition, Fabrica highlights that this period of isolation around the world is good to exploit creativity.
Each artist and/or person interested must submit their work through the school’s Facebook or Instagram accounts. Or, they can do so via email at fabrica@dabrica.it.
But that’s not all: the school has also opened its content for free this season. It includes videos, music, conferences, and archives focused on design, art, and creativity.
In addition, they include a virtual tour of the school, a film directed by Godfrey Reggio and a talk by Erik Kessels.
