After their previous collaborations, Off White and Nike give us a magnificent pair of sneakers

The new Off White and Nike collaboration is just what we needed after the drop that graffiti veteran Futura was a part of. Moreover, if we add that the model has elements of Star Wars, it is the ideal pair for fans of the saga, sneakers, and what Virgil Abloh does as the head of Off White.

The two streetwear brands presented two preliminary models, each equally striking. First of all, we have the “University Gold,” which stands out for its canary yellow and silver coating. Furthermore, the “Black/White/Green Strike” combine these colors in their design.

The pair is a symbiosis of these colors, however, the blue color that adorns them with details such as the swoosh, the hole, and part of the sole also predominate. That combination is an homage to the adorable Star Wars character, R2D2.

The design is made of a leather and white mesh base, which complement the details in shiny silver leather. Moreover, winding lines in indigo blue leather outline the model. The label on the tab reveals the collaboration between both brands.

Furthermore, the sole is made up of brown rubber with a visible seam. In addition, it adds an Air camera that picks up the motifs in blue for contrast. On the inside, the shoe is inscribed in Black Heveltica and reads “Off White for Nike.”

Finally, the Off White x Nike Air Rubber Dunk still don’t have a release date. We only know that you’ll get your hands on them sometime this summer and cost approximately 180 euros. So save up because they’re going to fly!
