This exceptional book depicts Fasoli’s work, from a public (the streets) and private perspective (the studio). Which gives us a sample of the pieces the author has created over the years.

“The book is divided in two. The first part portrays the work I’ve done in the street, and the second part, what I’ve done in the studio, in institutions or galleries. That’s why the book is designed in parallel by two people. And that’s why one part has my real name and the other my pseudonym,” explains Fasoli.

Público/Privado portrays artist Franco Fasoli’s work over the span of 10 years. Additionally, it features the extraordinary collaboration of the artist and curator Elian Chali, who wrote the foreword for Público. Argentine artist and educator Diana Aisember was in charge of the foreword for Privado. Lastly, curator Belen Coluccio wrote a series of texts in the book.

This excellent material perfectly depicts the trajectory of a great artist who, by the end of the nineties, had already taken the streets of Buenos Aires as as his own canvas.
