The top 5 streetwear brands

ACC’s list of the top 5 streetwear brands: the alt fashion

Rebel, unique and different are adjectives of streetwear brands and fashion. Born between the 80s and 90s, it was a movement spearheaded by youngsters searching for their own style.

Inspired by the context they were living in, their biggest influences were specifically skateboarding, graffiti, punk rock and hip hop cultures.

Therefore, as an homage to the glorious beginnings of streetwear, ALL CITY CANVAS made this ranking of the top five streetwear brands.

1- Supreme

Born in April of 1994 by mastermind James Jebbia, Supreme has established itself as one of the most renowned streetwear brands. Certainly their collaborations, such as the one with Vans, has made the brand grow immensely. Consequently, it stays true to its ideals of fashion. It also has a great collection of skateboard wheels with special engravings of the brand.

As a re sult of their latest collaborations, Supreme will work hand in hand with Louis Vuitton for its clothing line; it will include suitcases, sweatshirts, skateboards and backpacks.

2- Rockwell By Parra

Peter Parra Jensen is the creator behind Rockwell and its saturated colors, designs that include the human body as well as animals.

The pieces create a surrealistic vision through his unique style. In addition to being a designer and illustrator, Parra is also a musician (member of the electronic music group Le Le) and a sculptor, mediums through which he also expresses his outlandish designs.
