The renowned production company launched Pixar in a Box to learn how to animate for free

Pixar in a Box is the newest product by the animation producer to teach their techniques online. Furthermore, it’s free and you’ll be able to learn the Pixar animation process with your own movies!

Every time we hear Pixar, dozens of animated films come to mind that have made people laugh around the world. Moreover, we also know that it is one of the greatest animation production houses thanks to the work and commitment to offer the best in animation for their products. Now, to add more to our love for Pixar, they’re offering a free course to learn animation.

It’s a collaboration between Pixar and Khan Academy where you will learn basic concepts to create effects, animation, geometry, and rendering in 13 blocks.

Within the course, there are specific blocks that are really interesting. These include character modeling, color science and the art of lighting.

So you will learn the basics of animation to discover that it also has its science and requires a challenging process like any other activity.

This Pixar option is very good for this Coronavirus quarantine. In addition, it offers a more in-depth perspective on titles like Toy Story, Monsters Inc., and Finding Nemo.
