The Gorillaz Almanac comic arrives with unpublished art relating to the band
Gorillaz Almanac is the name of the comic book name of the 2D animated band made up of 2D, Noodle, Murdoc, and Russel. This release will arrive in October and will feature unpublished illustrations.

Most probably, since Gorillaz’s first album in 2001, is when the concept began to become popular and audiences had thoughts about it. Thus, thoughts about why they were cartoons and how they would look great in a comic; their crazy looks, their inherent mystery, their style, and their relationship to music. However, it had not happened until now that Gorilla Almanac will be released.

It’s a comic book that will feature artworks, illustrations, and Gorillaz’s style from start to finish. Moreover, over 120 color-filled pages and images that have never been seen, plus some classics we all know.
The official release will be through Z2 Comics, a publishing house focused on graphic novels with a musical twist. Additionally, it will feature three editions, standard for $24.99, deluxe for $99.99, and super deluxe for $199.99.

Each edition will feature a special CD with the entire first season of Song Machine. Deluxe editions will include special posters signed by the characters and even a completely exclusive packaging.
At present, you can pre-order the standard and deluxe editions at the Z2 comic book store. Furthermore, it’s definitely a unique collectible for all fans of the most unique animated band in history.
